Items arriving late for an event or personal preference change is not a valid return reason. All returns must receive prior authorization from us to be eligible for a return. Please note that we only accept products in their original new condition unaltered, unwashed, unworn, undamaged with the original tags attached. We cannot except returns for earrings, shoes, clothing(see separate policy for clothing return policy). Return postage is at the expense of the buyer.
